Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 24th day of December 2004, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Roselands (1994) Limited be liquidated and that Geoff Hatten, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 24th day of December 2004 at 11.30 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator of Roselands (1994) Limited fixes the 28th day of January 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

The company is being liquidated as it is no longer required by the shareholders. Its business has been sold with effect from April 2004.
