I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies in terms of section 360A (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 on the application of the companies named below by correcting the following errors in their registered documents:
Dine Rite Limited (1502488) - shareholder Dine Rite Pty Limited misdescribed as Dine Rite Property Limited
- 13 April 2003.
The Clean Car Cleaning Centre (NZ) Limited (1415084) - 100 shares notified incorrectly as having been issued
- 3 October 2003.
Any person who wishes to object must do so by the 30th day of July 2004, being not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice.
