Pursuant to sections 16, 20 and 29 of the Public Works
Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for
Land Information, Trevor Knowles, Land Information
New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for local purpose (stormwater) reserve subject to a right of way over that part marked "A" on SO 338066, with the rights and powers implied in easements of right of way by the Land Transfer Regulations 2002 and the Ninth Schedule of the Property Law Act 1952, and shall vest in the Tauranga City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
