Stoke Bypass, Nelson
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and shall remain vested in the Nelson City Council.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and to be added to land held for public amenity and conservation purposes, comprised in Computer Freehold Register 67564.
(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken as severance and further declares that:
(i) The land first described in the Third Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NL159/40, subject to building line and hoarding line restriction K3693, certificate 291052.1, pursuant to section 643 of the Local Government Act 1974, mortgage 5432077.2, land covenants contained in transfers 5518379.10 and 5702715.12, certificate 5846027.1, pursuant to section 37 (2) of the Building Act 1991, right to convey electricity, telecommunications and computer data contained in transfer 5980893.1.
(ii) The land secondly and thirdly described in the Third Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land
in Computer Freehold Register NL165/56, subject
to building line and hoarding restriction K3693, certificate 252792.1, pursuant to section 643 of the Local Government Act 1974, mortgage 5432077.2, and land covenants contained in transfers 5518379.10 and 5702715.12.
(iii) The land fourthly and fifthly described in the Third Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NL161/77, subject to building line and hoarding restriction K3693, certificate 252792.1, pursuant to section 643 of the Local Government Act 1974, mortgage 5432077.2, and land covenants contained in transfers 5518379.10 and 5702715.12.
(iv) The land sixthly described in the Third Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NL132/24, subject to building line and hoarding restriction K3693, mortgage 5432077.2, and land covenants contained in transfer 5518379.10 and 5702715.12.
