Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and is vested in Whangarei District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second, Third, Fourth and Fifth Schedules to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3):
(i) The areas described in the Second Schedule amalgamated with the land in Computer Register NA1065/231 Limited, subject to mortgage 5325653.5.
(ii) The areas described in the Third Schedule amalgamated with the land in Computer Register NA1014/9 Limited, subject to mortgage D610269.3.
(iii) The area described in the Fourth Schedule amalgamated with the land in Computer Register NA58B/698 Limited.
(iv) The areas described in the Fifth Schedule amalgamated with the land in Computer Register NA58B/696 Limited.
(c) Declares the land described in the Sixth, Seventh and Eighth Schedules to this notice to be taken under section 119, and
(v) The areas described in the Sixth Schedule amalgamated with the land in Computer Register NA 1065/231 Limited, subject to mortgage 5325653.5.
(vi) The area described in the Seventh Schedule amalgamated with the land in Computer Register NA1014/9 Limited, subject to mortgage D610269.3.
(vii) The area described in the Eighth Schedule amalgamated with the land in Computer Register NA58B/698 Limited.
