Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land and General Land as a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (1) and 340 of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the general land and Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a marae, meeting place, place of worship, recreational reserve and papakainga area for the common use and benefit of the residents of New Zealand in general, and Maori people of New Zealand in particular.

Schedule
All that piece of land situated in Block IX, Tuhua Survey District and described as follows:
Part Section 4, Block IX, Tuhua Survey District,
being part Computer Register 1780/80, South Auckland Registry;
Rangitoto Tuhua 55B1B, being part Computer Register 880/102, South Auckland Registry;
Rangitoto Tuhua 55B2B3B, being part Computer Register 7C/374, South Auckland Registry;
Rangitoto Tuhua 55B1A2, being part Computer Register 46B/35, South Auckland Registry; and
Rangitoto Tuhua 55B2B3A, being all of the land comprised in Computer Register 42C/253, South Auckland Registry.
Being those lands as identified as an area marked green on the plan produced to Court and which includes the area defined as Rangitoto Tuhua 55B2B3A on the plan submitted by letter dated 25 September 2003 and known as Manu Ariki Maori Reservation but excluding Rangitoto Tuhua 55B1A1 and the roadway to it.
