Regional Council
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Wanganui Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby cancels the vesting in the
New Plymouth District Council and classifies that part of the reserve described in the Schedule as a local purpose (esplanade) reserve and vests the said reserve in the Taranaki Regional Council in trust for that purpose, subject to the preparation of a management plan in accordance with section 41 of the said Act.
