Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation to be known as the Hoani Ngawhika Reserve to ensure that the designated area is protected, owned and managed only by the Pukehina M1B3 Ahu Whenua Trust for the benefit of all the owners.
