Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a landing reserve and a pedestrian access for
the common use and benefit of the owners of Owhata 1E 3 and the general public.

All those pieces of land situated in Block I, Tarawera Survey District and Block XIII, Rotoiti Survey District and described as follows:

530 All that parcel of land known as Owhata 1E 3 and being all of the land contained in the partition order of the Maori Land Court dated23 May 2003.
