Notice of Direction by the Registrar of Incorporated Societies for the Disposition of Surplus Assets of a Dissolved Incorporated Society
Section 27 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908

Take notice that the Registrar of Incorporated Societies
has directed that, consequent on the dissolution of the above?named society on the 27th day of September 1993,
its surplus assets be dealt with as follows:
(a) The land described in the Schedule hereto be vested in Francis Michael Dillon Bell and Patricia Mary Bell of Te Ore Ore in consideration of payment at current valuation plus G.S.T. (if any); and
(b) The balance of the proceeds of sale of the said land after payment of costs and disbursements be vested in the Masterton Rifle Club Incorporated or, if it
is unwilling to accept payment, in another club or clubs with similar objects in the same locality.
This direction shall become final on the 2nd day of July 2004. No appeal shall lie unless notice thereof is delivered on or before that date.
Schedule
An estate in fee simple in all that parcel of land containing 809 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1, Deposited
Plan 16692, being all the land identified as WN602/115 (Wellington Land Registration District).
