Nurses (Fees) Notice 2004

Pursuant to section 130 (1) of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003, the following notice is given.
N o t i c e
1. Title and commencement-This notice may be cited as the Nurses (Fees) Notice 2004 and shall come into force on
25 September 2004.
2. Fees-The Nursing Council of New Zealand ("the council") sets the following fees, payable to the council, specified in the Schedule to this notice.
3. Tax-The fees are inclusive of goods and services tax.
4. Revocation-This notice revokes those published in New Zealand Gazette, 17 June 2004, page 1768; New Zealand Gazette, 18 December 2003, page 4789; New Zealand Gazette, 30 May 2002, page 1524 and New Zealand Gazette,
1 November 2001, page 3715.

This fee is non refundable.
One fee may be charged when an audit includes simultaneous assessment and recognition/accreditation of the programme and/or provider.
