Takeovers Panel
Pursuant to section 6 of the Takeovers Act 1993, the Minister of Commerce has been pleased to reappoint
John Collingwood King
as the chairman of the Takeovers Panel for a term of appointment commencing on 8 March 2005 and expiring on 7 March 2007.
