Under Regulation 28 (2) of the Gas (Information Disclosure) Regulations 1997 ("the Regulations"), the following persons are hereby exempted from the requirements of Regulations
6 to 27 of the Regulations in respect of the specified pipelines:

Westech Energy New Zealand Surrey Production Station - Tariki Mixing Station gas pipeline
