The Registrar of the Electrical Workers Registration Board ("the board"), having been directed by the board, in accordance with section 139 of the Electricity Act 1992, gives notice of the following registered electrical worker having been disciplined by the board under Part 11 of the Electricity Act 1992, and the effect of the decision or order of the board:
Ian Philip Sansom, of New Plymouth, has been found guilty of a disciplinary offence. The board ordered, pursuant to section 127 (2) (d) of the Act, that the registration of Ian Philip Sansom be restricted for six months from 1 July 2004. Ian Philip Sansom is limited to work only in the employ of an approved employer.
Ian Philip Sansom was ordered to pay costs of five hundred dollars ($500.00) pursuant to section 128 of the Electricity Act 1992. The costs were to be paid by 13 August 2004.
