The Registrar of the Electrical Workers Registration Board ("the board"), having been directed by the board, in accordance with section 139 of the Electricity Act 1992, gives notice of the following registered electrical worker having been disciplined by the board under Part 11 of the Electricity Act 1992, and the effect of the decision or order of the board:
Chris Neil Hansen, of Auckland, has been found guilty of a disciplinary offence. Chris Neil Hansen was ordered, pursuant to section 127 (2) (g) of the Act,
to pay a fine of $1,000.00. He was also ordered, pursuant to section 127 (2) (h) of the Act, to be censured. Chris Neil Hansen was ordered to pay costs of $1,000.00 pursuant to section 128 of the Electricity Act 1992. The fine and costs were to be paid by 30 April 2004.
