Defence Emergency
Pursuant to section 55 of the Civil Defence Act 1983,
I, Colin James Hammond, hereby extend the state of local civil defence emergency declared in respect of the Whakatane District on 18 July 2004.
The extended state of local civil defence emergency shall be effective until 4.00 p.m. on 30 July 2004.
