Pursuant to Regulation 6 of the Health and Safety in Employment (Pressure Equipment, Cranes, and Passenger Ropeways) Regulations 1999, I, M. Cosman, National Operations Manager, give notice that the "resonator" vessel at Extract Solutions Limited is accepted for use in New Zealand in regard to the initial inspection documentation.
