Pursuant to section 328 of the Gambling Act 2003,
I, Christopher Blake, Secretary for Internal Affairs, give notice that I have prescribed, pursuant to section 327 of
the Act, the Gambling Act (Class 4 Gambling Equipment) Minimum Standard 2004.
The Gambling Act (Class 4 Gambling Equipment) Minimum Standard 2004 shall take effect on 1 July 2004.
Copies of the Gambling Act (Class 4 Gambling Equipment) Minimum Standard 2004 may be obtained from the Department of Internal Affairs web site:
