Pursuant to section 87E (1) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, section 41 (1) of the State Sector Act 1988 and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 29 March 2000,
I give notice that, having received an application from Freedom Air Limited, the Minister of Transport intends to consider granting a scheduled international air service licence to that airline to provide for return services between points in New Zealand and Nadi.
Any person or organisation wishing to make representations on this application must forward those representations in writing to reach John Bradbury, Deputy Secretary Air Services at the Ministry of Transport, P.O. Box 3175, Wellington, on or before 9 February 2004.
