Pursuant to section 128 or 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the Timaru District Court on 20 April 2004, against Timothy John Ward for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1994 Mitsubishi Galant, Registration No. ZG4025.
