Pursuant to section 128 or 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the Timaru District Court on 23 March 2004, against Desmond Ronald John Burton for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1988 Mazda Capella, Registration No. SG8577.
