Orders were made in the Christchurch District Court on
24 March 2004, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1984 Nissan Pulsar, Registration No. LN1145.
Against: Lynda Maree Parke (also known as Lynda Maree Nicholson).
1987 Nissan Langley, Registration No. PP876.
Against: Damin Peter Cook.
1991 Nissan Bluebird, Registration No. XR9581.
Against: Jason Thomas Henderson.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (03) 962 4289) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
