Pursuant to Regulation 6 of the Health and Safety in Employment (Pressure Equipment, Cranes, and Passenger Ropeways) Regulations 1999, Boiler Code of Practice
1996 and Pressure Equipment Code of Practice 2001,
I, M. Cosman, National Operations Manager, give notice that the Aquaheat PTL range of fired hot water heaters are accepted under the above Regulations and codes of practice although they do not meet the following:
