Take notice that William Edgar Anderson, as mortgagee, in exercise of the powers reserved to him as mortgagee under the mortgage, has taken possession of all the property of Antilla Properties Taupo Limited (in liquidation), contained in Computer Register SA71C/109, South Auckland Registry, and will exercise all or any of the powers in that mortgage as conferred on him as mortgagee.
