Mortgaged Property
Pursuant to Section 104DD of the Property Law Act 1952
Southern Cross Building Society at First Floor, Southern Cross Building, corner of Victoria Street and Queen Street, Auckland, being the mortgagee pursuant to memorandum of mortgage 5425258.4 hereby gives notice that on or about the 27th day of September 2004, it took possession of the property owned by 182 McLeod Limited (in liquidation) at 182 McLeod Road, Te Atatu, Auckland, being the property comprised in certificate of title NA52C/481.
In addition rentals will be received if paid in respect thereof.
