Above-named Company From the Register
Pursuant to Section 351 of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 353 of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named company intends to apply on or after the 5th day of January 2005, under section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, for the company to be removed from the New Zealand Register in connection with the company becoming incorporated under the law in force in Australia.
