Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of Company From the Register
Digiplus Investments Limited, a company incorporated in New Zealand and having its registered office at Morrison Kent, 55-65 Shortland Street, Auckland, hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 353 of the Companies Act 1993, that:
(a) It intends to apply, under section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, for the company to be removed from the New Zealand Register on or after the 11th day of October 2004, in connection with the company being incorporated under the law in force in, or in any part of, another country; and
(b) It is intended that the company will become incorporated under the law in force in Australia.
