Take notice that on the 9th day of November 2004, an application for putting Genuine Investments Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 14th day of December 2004 at 2.50 p.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Covenant Trustee Company Limited, whose address for service is care of Graham Jones, Solicitor, 21 Paritai Drive, Orakei, Auckland.
