Take notice that on the 4th day of August 2004, an application for putting Williamson & Williamson Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Palmerston North.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Palmerston North on the 15th day of November 2004
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Fletcher Building Products Limited (trading as Fletcher Aluminium), whose address for service is at the offices of Messrs Ben Vanderkolk & Associates, Solicitors, Semper House, 157 Broadway Avenue (P.O. Box 31), Palmerston North.
