Take notice that on the 6th day of October 2004, an application for putting Impress Copy & Print Solutions Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 16th day of December 2004
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Fuji Zerox New Zealand Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of George Bogiatto, Solicitor, Level One, West Plaza Building, 3 Albert Street, Auckland.
