Take notice that on the 17th day of September 2004, an application for putting Indian On The Pier Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on the 1st day of November 2004 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Cloverlea Foods Limited, whose address for service is Geddes & Maciaszek, Level Three, BNZ Building, 137 Armagh Street, Christchurch.
Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at P.O. Box 13-467, Christchurch; or
(b) left for the solicitor at the document exchange for direction to D.X. W.P. 21-009; or
(c) transmitted to the solicitor by facsimile on (03) 366 6207.
