Take notice that on the 20th day of September 2004, an application to put Malco Fittings (1986) Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 4th day of November 2004 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is AC Electrix Limited, whose address for service is care of Snedden & Associates, Solicitors, Liston House, Cathedral Square, corner of Wyndham and Hobson Streets (P.O. Box 105-195), Auckland City.
