Take notice that on the 25th day of August 2004, an application for putting Institute of Western Aquaculture Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at New Plymouth.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at
New Plymouth on the 27th day of September 2004
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Armatec Environmental Limited, whose address for service is care of Stratagem Limited, 28 Vivian Street, New Plymouth.
