Take notice that on the 9th day of December 2003, an application for putting Harbour City Builders Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on Monday, the 16th day of February 2004
at 10.00 a.m.

that day.
