Brake & Transmission Limited, of Auckland-Plaintiff:
And-Promax Automotive Limited, a duly incorporated company having its address for service and registered office at 105 The Mall, Onehunga, Auckland-Defendant:
Take notice that on the 4th day of June 2004, an
application for putting Promax Automotive Limited
into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the
High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 5th day of August 2004
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Brake & Transmission Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Credit Consultants Debt Services NZ Limited, Level Three, 3-9 Church Street, Wellington.
