1. The Securities Commission revokes the following approvals to act as statutory supervisor:

Maryville Courts Trust Board (dated 28 June 2001);
Hilda Ross Retirement Village Limited (dated
22 March 2002); and
Grace Joel Retirement Village Limited (dated
22 March 2002).
2. This notice comes into force the day after its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
