Pursuant to section 70 (l) of the Casino Control Act 1990, the Casino Control Authority:
(a) gives to Dunedin Casinos Management Limited directions as set out in the Directions to Licensed Casino Operators: (1) Internal Controls, and Administrative and Accounting Procedures, and (2) Minimum Standards of Internal Control - Records and Notifications, published in the New Zealand Gazette Supplement, 31 July 2002, No. 89, page 2367, as amended by Directions given to SKYCITY Casino Management Limited on 13 September 2002, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 10 October 2002, No. 150, page 3902 ("current directions"). The directions take effect from 1 April 2004 and apply to the operation by Dunedin Casinos Management Limited of Dunedin Casino;
(b) revokes the current directions as they apply to the operation by Aspinall (NZ) Limited of Dunedin Casino, with effect from 1 April 2004:
(c) amends the current directions accordingly with effect from 1 April 2004 by substituting:
(i) the following for the list of casino operators to whom the directions are given:
(1) Christchurch Casinos Limited,
(2) Dunedin Casinos Management Limited,
(3) Otago Casinos Limited, and
(4) SKYCITY Casino Management Limited,
and
(ii) for the table in section 2 of the directions, the following table:
