Pursuant to section 61 (3) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989 and section 72 (1) (j) of the Transport Act 1962, Transit New Zealand hereby amends the above bylaw as follows.
A m e n d m e n t
1. This amendment shall come into force 28 days after its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. In the Second Schedule after clause 5 insert:
as Clause 6
That section of State Highway No. 6 commencing on Main South Road in Karoro at Greymouth from a point 20 metres generally north of Rata Street and proceeding in a generally southerly direction to a point 30 metres generally north of Stanton Crescent (Route Position 430/4.02 to Route Position 430/4.33); a distance of 310 metres; and
as Clause 7
That section of State Highway No. 1 commencing on Craigie Avenue in south Timaru from a point 140 metres generally north of Queen Street then proceeding to a point 160 metres generally south of Queen Street (Route Position 506/1.54 to Route Position 506/1.84); a distance of 300 metres.
This amendment is made by delegated authority from the Transit New Zealand Board.
