Notice of Meeting of Creditors
The Companies Act 1993
On the 11th day of February 2004 at 10.00 a.m., it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Level 17 Limited be liquidated and that Gregory Edward Capper, insolvency practitioner, be appointed as liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 11th day of February 2004.
The liquidator does not consider that a creditors' meeting should be held, having regard to the assets and liabilities of the company and the likely result of the liquidation.
No meeting will be called unless a creditor gives notice in writing to the liquidator, within 10 working days after publication of this notice, requiring a meeting to be called.
