Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of Rose Holdings 2003 Limited (in liquidation) on the 29th
day of October 2004 at 11.10 a.m., pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator fixes the 17th day of December 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of Rose Holdings 2003 Limited (in liquidation) can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
