Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 14th day of October 2004, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Contest2Win Limited be liquidated and that Thomas Brian Chadwick Mahony, solicitor of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 14th day of October 2004 at 10.00 a.m.
