In the matter of section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Staplelok Fencing (NZ) Limited and Waiorau Demolition Limited, notice is hereby given that the companies were placed into liquidation with the appointment details as follows:
? Staplelok Fencing (NZ) Limited, Gilbert Dale Chapman appointed on the 7th day of October 2004
at 3.05 p.m.
? Waiorau Demolition Limited, Gilbert Dale Chapman and Grant Bruce Reynolds appointed on the 7th day of October 2004 at 10.10 a.m.
The liquidators fix the 10th day of November 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
