Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Stephen Kim Bennett, chartered accountant of Steve Bennett Associates was appointed liquidator of Ross's Transport Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 21st day of September 2004.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also hereby given that the liquidators hereby fix the 1st day of October 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
