Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

In the matter of section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Shoreline Cars & Commercials Limited:
Notice is hereby given that on the 19th day of July 2004 at 10.55 a.m., Grant Bruce Reynolds and Gilbert Dale Chapman were appointed as joint and several liquidators of the company.
Any creditor claiming a security interest in respect of any assets owned by the company should contact the liquidator as soon as possible.
