Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators
The above-named company was placed into liquidation by order of the High Court, Invercargill, on the 1st day of July 2004.
The official assignee, Christchurch, was appointed liquidator.
This order was amended on the 12th day of July 2004,
with Kevin David Pitfield and Gareth Russel Hoole being appointed as replacement joint and several liquidators at that time pursuant to section 241 (2) (c).
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators fix the 11th day of August 2004, as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
