(in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Christchurch on the 21st day of June 2004, to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on the 21st day of June 2004 at 11.10 a.m.
