Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993

On the 7th day of January 2004, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Kaiangaroa Station Limited be liquidated and that Myles Richard Girvan, of Geenty Walsh & Partners Limited, Chartered Accountants, Hastings, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 7th day of January 2004 at 9.30 a.m.
We advise that this is the liquidation of a solvent company, undertaken as part of the restructuring process of the group and a directors' resolution and certificate of solvency
have been filed with the Registrar under section 243 (8) of the Act.
