Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 9th day of March 2004, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Perkins Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Roderick Thomas McKenzie, of McKenzie & Partners Limited, Chartered Accountants, Palmerston North, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 9th day of March 2004 at 3.00 p.m.
