Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
The Companies Act 1993
On the 16th day of December 2003 at 5.30 p.m., it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Sara Lee Apparel (NZ) Limited be liquidated and that Thomas John Perry and Noel Allan Walton, chartered accountants of Christchurch, be appointed joint liquidators of the company.
The liquidation commenced on the 16th day of December 2003 at 5.30 p.m.
