Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that Grant Robert Graham and Stephanie Beth Jeffreys were appointed as replacement liquidators of the company at a meeting of creditors held on the 3rd day of March 2004 at 2.21 p.m.
They replaced Richard Simpson and Ronald Walton, of Grant Thornton, who were appointed liquidators by special resolution of the company's members in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
If any creditor claims a security interest over any assets of the above-named company, please provide details to the liquidators forthwith.
